What fonts do you emboss in?

We emboss all of our items in our classic style Serif font.

Looking for something a little different? We’d love to hear from you and will do our best to accommodate your request.

What size fonts do you offer?

We offer three font sizes:

8.5mm and 12.7mm

What colors do you emboss in?

We primarily emboss in gold, silver, rose gold and blind emboss items ( this means we indent the leather without using a tinted foil leaving no color)

Have a different color in mind, we can help. Please contact us at info@dote.co.za and our team will do their best to make it happen.

How many letters can I have embossed on my item?

You can have up to four characters embossed on each of our items free of charge with your purchase. (Please note some of our smaller items, like our keychains, can only fit two characters).

If you would like to emboss more than four characters on your item, we can emboss up to 5 – 10 characters for an additional fee of R15.00 per item.

Please note that the number of characters we can add is restricted by the size of the item. If you would like more than 10 characters please email us at info@dote.co.za and we can assist you.

My monogram is wearing off, can this be fixed?

If your personalization is fading with wear and tear, please feel free to return your item to us at Dote Collection, 307 Cedar Lofts, Fourways, Sandton 2191 to be refurbished and re-embossed free of charge.

Can I get my initials monogrammed anywhere on your iPhone cases?

We offer 3 different positions for monogramming on our iPhone — top centre, middle centre and bottom centre. Please see below the positioning options we offer.

Is there a difference when embossing on Mock Croc leather products?

Kindly note that when embossing onto our Mock Croc Leather texture it is possible that there will be slight variations in positioning due to the texture of this leather being unique to each item.

Ordered wrong size phone case?

If you have ordered the wrong size phone case for your phone unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund the item for you if it has been personalized.

We make every effort to ensure you purchase the correct case. Our phone case page starts with buttons for you to select the phone model you have, each product is labelled as the phone that it fits in the title and product description and you also receive an order confirmation listing the phone case size you have purchased to double check.
