How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We offer two delivery options for domestic orders.

Standard Shipping ( 3-4 Working Days ) Please allow for a 2-5 working day lead time before item/s are dispatched : R150.00

Express Shipping ( Overnight to Working Days ) Please allow for a 3-5 working day lead time  before item/s are dispatched : R170.00

Face Mask Range 

Standard Shipping ( 3-4 Working Days ) Please allow for a 2-5 working day lead time before item/s are dispatched : R95.00

Express Shipping ( Overnight to Working Days ) Please allow for a 3-5 working day lead time  before item/s are dispatched : R150.00

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order.

Delivery lead time once your order has been dispatched is one-three working days, with the exception of outlying areas which may go up to five working days. During sale periods, dispatch times may increase and shipping transit may take up to four working days.

PERSONALIZED SLEEPWEAR

We have a 5-10 working day lead time on all personalized stock on-hand orders, from the date that payment is received in our account, excluding separate shipping lead time. For all custom product orders, we have a 15-20 working day lead time, excluding shipping lead time.

Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free shipping and delivery for orders over R1000. Delivery takes 3-5 Business Delivery days
Who do you ship with?

All our domestic orders are sent through The Courier Guy

They are one of the most relaible and well-known courier services in South Africa. Once your package has been dispatched to them it is out of our control and they will be responsible for the delivery to you. Dote Collection is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service.

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct. We will not be held responsible for parcels going missing because we have not received the correct address.

Please note that once the parcel has been handed over to the courier we are not responsible for theft/loss/damage during transit.
